All services are delivered based on the scope, timeline, and pricing agreed upon before project initiation.

2. Project Confirmation & Payment

• A minimum advance payment is required to start any project.

• The remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery.

• Ads Wale reserves the right to pause or cancel work in case of delayed payments.

All pricing is discussed and finalized before starting the project.

3. Revisions Policy

• Revisions are provided as per the selected service package.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be chargeable.

• Major changes in project scope may require revised quotation and timeline.

4. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment is received.

• Ads Wale retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, or marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide clear project requirements

• Share necessary assets (logos, content, references, etc.)

• Respond timely to approvals and feedback

Project delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ads Wale is not liable for:

• Performance issues on third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

• Business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages

• Issues arising due to platform algorithm changes

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Payments for completed work up to the termination date will remain payable.

8. Updates to Terms

Ads Wale reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
